Resumen

The methods and tools that assists during the non-invasive determination of functional regions in cases of refractory epilepsy are essential. Along with this train of thought, a new method is presented for the dynamic visualization of the electric map and its incorporation in a multimodal scene using free image processing tools, such as VTK and Python. From the electric map and
geometry generated by Brainstorm the registration is done obtaining different transformation matrices and with them three-dimensional surface files are written along with the information of the electric map. The visualization together with the rest of the patient's co-registered imaging studies can be integrated into a multimodal free viewer, such as 3D Slicer. In this work, the procedure performed is described.
